Wii Key Update
Thursday, December 17th, 2009There are several ways you can update your Wii key. It depends on the version you have. In general you can do it in two ways:
1. Follow the step-by-step instructions I will immediately post. It might work easily or get a bit complicated and take some more time like in all tech stuff.
2. Use a ready made utilities that will do all the work for you like suggested in this site.
How to update your Wii Key – The “old fashion step-by-step way”
1. Download the official update on wiikey.cn
2. Open/extract the .rar document with winrar
3. Burn the update iso file that is appropriate to your consoles region with nero
4. Put the disk in your wii and follow the instructions.
5. Download the config 1.3 disk on wiikey.cn and again put it in the CD and allow full gc support.
6. You should have the most current settings of the wiikey!
Again, if it goes wrong in anyway and you fail to make a Wiikey update, go to this site, the recommended software will it all for you.
